  • I’ve lived at Congressional Towers for 25 years. It is a great location, close to public transportation (the buses are free!), Their is a lot of greenery around, and a recreation center and pool available to residents. The rooms in the apartment buildings are large, and the buildings are kept up very well.

  • Ever since I moved here, it has been nothing but amazing. The neighborhood is quiet, the people are so nice, and the apartments are comfortable. All the appliances are new, and the place was well put together. Haven’t had any issues with pests, and the leasing staff member, Brandy, was an amazing person to work with during the leasing process. She is extremely helpful and professional in what she does. I recommend this place to anyone looking for the right place to stay. You will not be disappointed!

  • It’s a very comfortable apartment complex to live in. The neighborhood is convenient for many reasons. It has a sports and recreation center (fitness center, pool, playground) and is close to public transport (bus and metro), restaurants, groceries, and shopping centers. The management office team, especially Gamal, is professional, super friendly and very responsive in responding to any issues related to our apartment. I would recommend this apartment to my friends and colleagues.
