We welcome dogs that meet our breed guidelines and ask that all residents follow our pet policy to help keep our community enjoyable for everyone.
Pet Policy & Requirements
To help simplify the pet approval process and keep records up to date, Congressional Towers partners with PetScreening. This secure platform ensures compliance with all pet-related requirements, including:
- Proof of vaccinations
- Service & emotional support animal documentation (if applicable)
- Required pet fees, deposits, and insurance details
Every resident, even those without pets, will be asked to complete a quick PetScreening profile to acknowledge and confirm our pet policy.
- Have a pet? Complete the pet profile and upload the requested records.
- Don’t have a pet? Simply select “No Pet” to confirm your understanding of our community’s pet guidelines.
A refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent apply. Please contact our leasing team for current pricing and any breed or weight restrictions.
