Q: What is your pet policy?
A: We love pets! As part of the application process, we use pet screening. There’s a $50 monthly pet fee, a $250 pet deposit, and we do require pet insurance along with vaccination records. Please see our complete pet policy.
Q: Can I have shelves, curtains, posters, etc.?
A: Yes, you can hang shelving, curtains, and posters to make your space feel like home. Just remember not to make any structural alterations or additions. When you move out, we ask that you return the apartment to its original condition.
Q: Can I paint my walls?
A: You can definitely add your personal touch by painting or redecorating—just be sure to get written consent from Management first.
Q: What does the application and leasing process look like?
A: We’ve made leasing super easy! Just apply online through our website by clicking “Apply Now” in the top right corner. Our online process will guide you through each step.
Q: Do you require renter’s insurance?
A: Yes, we do require residents to have Renter’s Insurance with a $100,000 liability limit while living in our community.
Q: How do I submit a maintenance or service request?
A: You can submit requests easily through your resident portal. For emergency maintenance requests—which include issues like water leaks causing damage, no electricity, lockouts, no air conditioning or heat in extreme temperatures, refrigerator malfunctions, flooding, broken windows, water leaking from ceilings or under sinks, gas smells, clogged bathtub drains—please call us immediately. And remember, if there’s a fire, call 911 before contacting us.
Q: When/how should I set up my utilities?
A: Good news! Water, electric, and gas are all included in your rent and will be ready on your move-in day. If you want cable or internet services, just contact the provider of your choice.
Q: Where is the nearest public transportation?
A: You’re in luck! The Twinbrook Metro Station is nearby for easy access to Rockville, and Washington D.C. Plus, Rockville Pike, Interstate 270, and the Capital Beltway are all conveniently close.
Q: How do I pay rent?
A: Paying rent is simple and convenient through your resident portal electronically. Please note that we don’t accept checks or money orders at the Leasing Office.
